SRINAGAR: The first Friday after Governors rule saw massive clashes in Zainakote area of Srinagar after the killing of Islamic State Jammu Kashmir (ISJK) chief Dawood Salafi in a gunfight with forces in Srigufwara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday. The violence is more intense, more lethal, with the entire administration on perpetual alert. The youth are determined, and for the ones that die, many more come out on the streets and as the photographs below show, virtually daring the armed personnel to shoot them dead.
