NEW DELHI: If you have ever wondered why Delhi is India’s political capital, these memes will put your doubts to rest. Delhi politics has, largely due to the emergence of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), reiterated our faith in ‘people’s power.’ The ‘aadm aadmi’ (the ‘aam aurat’ is still not of any consequence, don’t worry) can finally (think they can) make a difference in the world’s largest democracy.
 

 

Delhi is also the most honest city, politically, in India.

 

The Delhi elections are testament to our optimism. Voters in Delhi used the following logic to vote for the BJP. After all, if Gujarat can do it, so can we.

Not only supportive, Delhi’s politicians are very accommodating, they even take instructions from the opposition.
