SRINAGAR: Republic Day does not ring the same tones of celebration and joy in Kashmir Valley as it does in other states. And while the Parade draws out the mainstream political leaders and cadres, for the ordinary citizen the barbed wires, and armed police spell curfew. And a message to stay indoors.
