Fredrik S. Heffermehl is a Norwegian lawyer, former Vice President of the International Peace Bureau (IPB) and author of Peace is Possible and The Nobel Peace Prize: What Nobel Really Wanted. He is a founding member of the Lay Down Your Arms Association and organisers of The Nobel Peace Prize Watch
